Return/Refund Policy

Store Credit
Because our Inventory rotates quickly our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. 

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in re-sellable condition...unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us and we will issue you a Return Authorization number and instructions to follow.
*SWIMWEAR: We allow exchanges on swimtops however bottoms and one pieces are a final sale!

Refunds (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at favoritethingsbylacy@gmail.com.  

*Our Overseas merchandise is an exception and we will allow money back on items that are defective, not accurate in size/color, or not as pictured. We do quality checks, but in the event that something may have slipped through the cracks we will take care of our customer and offer a money back return on these.

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be free of stains and smells (makeup, pets, perfume, smoke, etc). The item must also be in the original packaging and have any tags attached (if applicable).

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. They are a final sale!

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you are disappointed with the fit of your purchase, you may exchange your item for a different size of the same item within 14 days.  Exchanges are subject to availability and the item to be exchanged must be received and inspected prior to a replacement being sent. If the size needed is unavailable, you will be issued a Store credit, valid for 6 months. 

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
